Winners of the 2015 Scarecrow Trail

The winner of the prize draw was Susan Richardson from Otley

The 80 entries were varied and creative, and we would like to thank everyone for all their hard work - approximately 600 trails were sold - presumably many more children and adults visited many of the scarecrows.

The theme for 2016 has been announced : Brazil

In August and September 2016 the Olympics and Paralympics will be taking place in Rio. However the theme offers lots of other ideas: Carnival, food ( Brazil nuts!), Copacabana beach, Christ the Redeemer statue, or the Amazon. Lots of time to contemplate and collect props!
